Temple perched high on the slope of Mount Agung, 3142 meters,

will stop at Bukit Jambul, ‘the crested hill’ with nice
view of terraced rice fields. On the way back, we will visit the Elephant
Cave (Goa Gajah), an ancient Hindu-Buddhist hermitage dated from

Bali. The figures of the Wayang Kulit can move and speak manipulated

temple festivals or in order to sweep away dirt or nyapuleger (only

but the king refused. On the way to the war he met an eagle that was

will reach the top just in time to see the beautiful sunrise
over Mount Abang and Mount Agung, and on clear days it is also
possible to see Mount Rinjani in Lombok. While enjoying the sunrise,

eggs’. On the way down we will have another rest and then we will
relax on a hot
