Accommodation
The resort features 108 Guest Rooms and Villas. All accommodation has en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, television with satellite cable, mini bar, direct-dial telephone, in-room safe, tea / coffee making facilities and hairdryer. Each deluxe villa has its own private plunge pool.

Accommodation Wings
There are two accommodation wings; one on the east and the other on the west side of the lobby. Each wing has twenty-four (24) rooms located on three floors; eight rooms per floor, with four rooms on either side of the corridor. On each floor there are two connecting rooms (one twin and one double) Rooms in the east wing face either up or down the Petanu River valley. Rooms in the west wing look out over the rice terraces of Peliatan.

Size of Room
Rooms are forty-three ( 43 ) square meters in size, including entrance hall, bathroom and balcony.
Bedding Configuration
Each room has either one king size bed ( 200 x 200 cm ) or two separate single beds ( 100 x 200 cm ). All rooms can accommodate a third person on the day bed/sofa. Only three (3) persons per room. However, a baby cot may be added if required.

All villas are fifty (50) square meters in size including terrace.

Bedding
The villas are furnished with a canopied bed with netting drapes. They have either one king size mattress ( 200 x 200 cm ) or two single mattresses ( 100 x 200 cm on the same bed base set 25 cm apart). An extra bed can be added to accommodate a third person after the sofa has been removed. Only three (3) persons per room. However, a baby cot may be added if required.

• Check in: 2.00 p.m., Checkout: 12.00 noon
• All rates are based on single or double occupancy
• No Charge for children under 12 years sharing room with parents
• All rates are subject to an additional 21% service and government tax
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy
Cancellation of bookings must be received no later than 72 hours prior to arrival local time to avoid cancellation fees being charged. Failure to comply with this policy or if no-show, will result in a one night room rate being charged.

Group cancellation must be received no less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival to avoid a one night cancellation fee being charged. A group cancellation or reduction in number of rooms in less than ten (10) days of expected arrival will result in a 50% charge of entire stay being levied. Group no-show will be charged for the entire stay.

Payment
Full pre-payment is required at least 30 days prior to arrival. All rates are quoted in US Dollar and may be prepaid by US Dollar wire transfer. Payment by credit card must be processed in Indonesian Rupiahs by law and will be converted at the prevailing bank-selling rate for US Dollar
