Terms and Conditions
Pick-up Transfer
• Airport to hotel USD 35 per car per way.
Check-in Time at 13:00 and Check-out Time at 12:00 Noon
• Not acceptable a booking if guest arrives in Denpasar (Airport) after 14:00 - the drive to the North is at least 3.5 hours
• The 20 minutes boat trip to the resort must be carried out in daylight for safety/comfort reasons
• Suggested that if guest arrives after 14:00 to stay at Waka Maya, Waka Gangga or Waka di Ume
• Day Use from 12:00 to 18:00 will be charged 50%
Children Policy
• Under 12 years old is FREE of charge when sharing with parents
Extra Bed
• Waka Shorea does not provide an extra bed for adults. Recommended a request for a separate room of the Villa which is suitable for 4 adults.
Hospitality
• Fruit basket and flower arrangement is given to honeymooners.
• Afternoon tea at 16:00 - 17:00 at pool or restaurant
• Complimentary snorkeling in front of the resort

Cancellation Policy
• One night accommodation if cancellation is made less that 7 days prior to arrival. And full charge for no show.
