How to book: 
Advance reservation is required to arrange all the necessaries. Please forward us your reservation details to info@lumbungbalitours.com or Facsimile No: 62 361 723845. Or simply fulfill our reservation form

Condition of sale:
A. The indicated prices and itineraries are subject to change with or without prior notice. All reservation is based on request and confirmation is subject to space availability.

B. You should notify Lumbungbalitours.com in writing of any cancellation prior to the " minimum notice" dates. In the event of cancellation notification after such dates, a late cancellation charge will apply as follow: 50 % Cancellation Penalty apply if received 7 days prior to arrival.

Twin Share:
Tours and the packages are designed for a minimum of 2 adults. Single Supplement is for the third person who is using separate room.

Triple Share:
Maximum 3 persons per room. Extra bed in the most hotels will be a fold away bed.

Tour program:
All the tour programs listed are package arrangements and no individual changes or modifications can be made . Except you make prior notice for personal arrangement request.

Prices:
All prices are quoted in US Dollars per person and payable in Indonesian Rupiah on the current exchange rate.

Price 1: Includes fully air conditioned vehicles, entrance fees and tickets, donations, meals, guide and driver services, free use of sarongs (when entering the temples) Excluding meals and personal expenses.

Price 2:Includes fully air conditioned vehicles, entrance fees and tickets, donations, guide and driver services, free use of sarongs (when entering the temples) Excluding meals and personal expenses.

Minimum Participants:
A minimum 02 participants is required to join the tours.

Tour Guides:
Our local tour guides speak English, German, Italian, Spanish, French and Japanese.

Payment:
By Telegraphic Transfer:
Full payment can be sent by telegraphic transfer at least 14 days prior your arrival to our bank account. Please just contact us for more information or further agreement.

By credit card:
additional fee 3.5 % from total amount (only Visa and Master Card accepted). We do concern with the privacy of your credit card. To make a secure payment using your credit card, Lumbung Bali Tours in this matter still using a traditional method in payments, in which all confirmed reservation will need your credit card guarantee (especially for Beyond Bali Tour packages, Bali Tour packages and hotel reservation). After conforming your reservation, we will send you a credit card payment statement form to be fulfilled. And we will require you to send it back with the copy of both side of your Credit Cards,  which should be send by fax to : 62 361 723845. This secure method will prevent your credit card detail from being stolen during the transmission over internet.

NOTE: Your credit card details will be use as a guarantee only and we will NOT Charge your credit card until your arrival, except for cancellation. On arrival you may pay us  by Cash

Refunds:
After commencement of tours or other services provided by Lumbungbalitours.com, no refunds will be given for any items not utilized.

Insurance:
Lumbungbalitours.com recommends all passengers to have their own insurance. Insurance coverage should include medical, surgical, dental, baggage, loss of money, personal accident and liability.

Liability:
A. Lumbungbalitours.com and its associates or agents, will use all reasonable endeavors to arrange tours, packages and other services as per your reservation or itineraries.

B. Lumbungbalitours.com reserves the right to change any tours, package itineraries or hotel facilities in any event. Lumbungbalitours.com is acting only in the capacity of an agent for tours, airfares, hotel reservation & transportation companies, hotels, and other contractors and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any damage, loss, injuries, including death, accidental delays and irregularities beyond our control.
